Ingredients
1 cup of raw rice (180g)
2 cups of water (420ml)
3 eggs (150g)
1/2 cup of oil (110ml)
1 cup of sugar (185g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Directions
- In a bowl, add 1 cup (tea) of raw rice (180g);
- Add 2 cups (tea) of boiling water (420ml);
- Cover and set aside for 12 hours;
- Drain the water;
- Add the rice to the blender;
- Add 3 eggs (150g);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil (110ml);
- Beat for 5 minutes;
- Transfer to a bowl;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar (185g);
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g);
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- Mix and beat for 1 minute;
- Transfer to a greased and floured baking sheet;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
