  • 1 cup of raw rice (180g)

  • 2 cups of water (420ml)

  • 3 eggs (150g)

  • 1/2 cup of oil (110ml)

  • 1 cup of sugar (185g)

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence


  • In a bowl, add 1 cup (tea) of raw rice (180g);
  • Add 2 cups (tea) of boiling water (420ml);
  • Cover and set aside for 12 hours;
  • Drain the water;
  • Add the rice to the blender;
  • Add 3 eggs (150g);
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil (110ml);
  • Beat for 5 minutes;
  • Transfer to a bowl;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar (185g);
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g);
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
  • Mix and beat for 1 minute;
  • Transfer to a greased and floured baking sheet;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
