Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1 and 1/3 cup sugar (240g)

  • Butter at room temperature 3 tablespoons (60g)

  • Gems 3 units

  • egg whites 3 units

  • 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour (180g)

  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) milk

  • Yeast 2 teaspoons (7.5g)

  • Syrup
  • Condensed milk 1 can (390g)

  • Coconut milk 1 glass (200 mL)

  • Milk 1/2 cup (120 mL)

  • Grated coconut (40g)

Directions

  • Cake
  • In a stand mixer, add room temperature butter 3 tbsp (60g);
  • Add Gems 3 units;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1 and 1/3 cup Sugar (240g);
  • Knock again;
  • Add 3/4 cup (180 mL) Milk;
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup (180g) all-purpose flour;
  • Mix and beat well;
  • Add Yeast 2 tsp (7.5g);
  • Mix;
  • In another container, beat egg whites 3 units (until snow point);
  • Add the egg whites little by little and mix;
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;

  • In a bowl, add 1 can (390g) condensed milk;
  • Add 1 glass of coconut milk (200 mL);
  • Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) Milk;
  • Mix well;
  • Cut the cake;
