In addition to tasty, zucchini noodles are healthy and easy to prepare!
From Zucchini Noodles
This zucchini noodles will have everyone dying to try it!
4 to 6 tomatoes
2 medium zucchinis
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 pinch of pepper (optional)
1 clove of garlic
basil to taste
salt to taste
- Peel the zucchinis and cut them into very thin strips.
Bring a pan with water and salt to the fire, wait for it to boil and quickly cook the zucchinis just to give a “scare”.
Reserve the zucchinis.
- Cut the tomatoes and 1/2 onion into cubes, chop the garlic clove and transfer them to a preheated skillet with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well and cook for 20 minutes.
- Place the zucchinis in strips on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
Finish with basil leaves and grated cheese on top and the zucchini noodles are ready.
