Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 apple
1 orange
1 cup grapes (can be green grapes, red grapes or a combination)
1 cup of strawberries
1 kiwi
Other fruits of your choice, such as peach, mango, pineapple, etc.
Directions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.Â
Place them in a large bowl. - Wash the apple and cut it into small cubes, removing the seeds and core.Â
Add to bowl. - Peel the orange, remove the segments and cut them into smaller pieces.Â
Be sure to remove any seeds that may be present.Â
Add to bowl. - Wash the grapes and, if they are large, cut them in half.Â
Add to bowl. - Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them into slices or smaller pieces.Â
Add to the other fruits. - Peel the kiwi and cut it into slices or pieces.Â
Add to bowl. - If using other fruits, prepare them in the same way and add them to the bowl.
- Gently mix all the fruits in the bowl so that they are evenly distributed.
- Serve the fruit salad right away as a dessert, breakfast or healthy snack.Â
