This ganache recipe is made with only 3 ingredients and the result is amazing!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of sour cream

  • 200 grams semisweet or milk chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

Directions

  • Chop the chocolate, add it to the butter and microwave every 30 seconds in a suitable container until completely melted when mixing with a spoon (melt in a bain-marie if you prefer).
  • Add the milk cream to the melted chocolate and stir with a spoon or whisk until the mixture is homogeneous. 
    Wait for the candy to cool at room temperature or leave it for a while in the fridge and the ganache recipe is ready.
