200 grams of sour cream
200 grams semisweet or milk chocolate
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
Directions
- Chop the chocolate, add it to the butter and microwave every 30 seconds in a suitable container until completely melted when mixing with a spoon (melt in a bain-marie if you prefer).
- Add the milk cream to the melted chocolate and stir with a spoon or whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.Â
Wait for the candy to cool at room temperature or leave it for a while in the fridge and the ganache recipe is ready.
