Part of the vast team of bands almost or totally unknown to seminal K Records ranks, the Gaze girls trio had a short life and idem discography. But here we don't cherish quantity, so come on…

Graduated in Vancouver in the second half of the 90's the group released their first single in 1997, the same year that he signed with Calvin Johnson's seal – who put the two full -up records on the market, Mitsumeru (98) e Shake the pounce (99), ball gives here not PCP.

For the sake of the truth either could be on our pages, but today, specifically today, I am absolutely lying on this second and last album of the gauze. Most likely due to “Mr. Oh so soft & Debonaire” or “Static”, perhaps because of “So Early to Tell”, finally, everything is in the details, isn't it?

Also because the basic formula of both discs is the same, twee pop of the Sarah Records School (Heavenly, Aberdeen)/surroundings (Bottom grunt) and other sweetness like Blake Babiesbut these are just references, and my references are not always the best.

So if you want, forget everything that was said in the paragraph above, increase the volume and tighten the play in Shake the pounce. Maybe save your day, as you saved my ❤
