The drama Heremarks a reunion between the stars of Forrest Gump, Tom Hanks y Robin Wrightits director, Robert Zemeckiswho co-wrote the script with his co-writer Forrest Gump, Eric Roth.
Based on Richard McGuire's 2014 graphic novel of the same name, Here takes place over the course of a century in a single location. The camera never moves from a fixed position inside a house during the 104-minute running time, as viewers are treated to the stories of the people who settled there. The central couple is played by Hanks and Wright.
SYNOPSIS:
“Set in a single room, it follows the many people who inhabit it over the course of years and years, from the past to the future.”
Hanks plays Richard, a member of the baby boom generation, and Wright plays his late teenage girlfriend and future wife, Margaret.
The latest in the marketing campaign of Sony Pictures es a new official poster, where we see Hanks and Wright from behind. In images shared previously, we see that the actors have undergone digital rejuvenation, a visual effects technique that makes actors look younger, as seen in the image below. In addition, with the use of traditional makeup, they make him look like an 80-year-old man.

Other cast members include Paul Bettany (Avengers: Endgame), Kelly Reilly (Yellowstone, Eden Lake), Michelle Dockery (The Gentlemen, Downton Abbey), Gwilym Lee (The Great, Bohemian Rhapsody), David Fynn (The Mauritanian) y Ophelia Lovibond (Minx, Rocketman), among others.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Zemeckis explained his narrative concept:
“The single perspective never changes, but everything around it does. It had never really been done before. There are similar scenes in early silent films, before the language of montage was invented. But apart from that, yes, it was a risky venture.”
