Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 whole egg
1 sachet of biological yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil (tea)
250 ml warm milk
1 egg yolk for brushing (optional)
Directions
- Start by adding the egg, sugar, salt, warm milk to the blender and beat for a few minutes.
Add the baking soda, oil and beat for a few more seconds.
Then transfer the mixture to a container.
Add the wheat flour little by little while stirring the ingredients until the dough is homogeneous, smooth and sticky. - Place the dough in a greased shape with butter, margarine or oil.
Spread the dough with a spoon, cover with a clean cloth and set aside for 30 minutes for the dough to rise. - Brush the dough with a beaten egg yolk and place the bread in a preheated oven at 200º₢ to bake for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
- Wait for the bread to cool down a bit after carefully removing it from the oven and the recipe is ready to serve.
