'John Wick: Under the High Table' new spinoff series will be a sequel to 'Chapter 4'

The universe of John Wick will continue to expand beyond the four films, the television series The Continentaland the spinoff Ballerina soon to be released.

Lionsgate revealed that it has given the green light to the development of a new television spinoff officially titled John Wick: Under the High Tablewhich will serve as a sequel to the most recent film release, John Wick: Chapter 4.

“The story of John Wick: Under The High Table starts directly after the end of John Wick: Chapter 4. John Wick has left the world of The High Table in a precarious position and a collection of new characters will look to make a name for themselves while some of the franchise's stalwarts remain committed to the old world order.”

The series “will blend the new and the old and take the Wick universe into a new era.”

Keanu Reeves will produce the series, with Chad Stahelski (director of the saga John Wick) directing the pilot episode, and Robert Levine (The Old Man) as the showrunner of John Wick: The High Table.
