Ingredients
200 grams of roasted and shelled peanuts
1/2 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- Place the peanuts and sugar in a pan and place over low heat.
Stir constantly for a few until it forms a caramelized syrup and turn off the heat. - Add the butter and condensed milk, return to the low fire and stir quickly until homogenized.
- With the help of two spoons, quickly place portions of the candy on a clean, smooth and buttered surface.
- Wait for the candies to cool and harden, unglue them with a spatula and the pé de moleque recipe is ready for consumption.
