Seelen is as much a part of the IfZ as chronically occupied toilets – the Leipzig techno label is indispensable here. Seelen continues to move forward between hypnotic and uncompromising sound and sets standards for consistent releases in Leipzig. This time, Peryl's live set is particularly noteworthy. Here you will be offered something powerful, between deep sadness in beat form and otherworldly sounds and daydreaming. Drifting away mentally here can be quite an experience. Tresor resident Stephanie Sykes joins in from outside with classic techno sounds that can actually be reminiscent of the mysticism of the 90s underground. The line-up is supported by the Seelen team themselves.
