1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
Juice of 4 lemons (about ½ cup)
Lemon zest for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Start by squeezing the lemons to get the fresh juice.
You can strain to remove the seeds and pulp, if you prefer. - In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and lemon juice.
Stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture. - Then add sour cream to the lemon mixture.
Mix gently until well incorporated.
The consistency will be lighter and creamier. - Pour the mixture into individual glasses or a single container for serving.
