Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • Juice of 4 lemons (about ½ cup)

  • Lemon zest for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Start by squeezing the lemons to get the fresh juice. 
    You can strain to remove the seeds and pulp, if you prefer.
  • In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and lemon juice. 
    Stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Then add sour cream to the lemon mixture. 
    Mix gently until well incorporated. 
    The consistency will be lighter and creamier.
  • Pour the mixture into individual glasses or a single container for serving.
  • Refrigerate and let cool for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • When ready to serve, garnish with lemon zest on top, if desired.
