Stitch is the one who has the most fun in the marketing campaign for the live-action remake of Lilo & Stitch from Disney.
The latest is a new official poster in which Stitch emerges from a disco ball to celebrate the arrival of the New Year 2025.

The plot revolves around 6-year-old Lilo and her older sister Nani, who live in Hawaii and adopt a blue alien creature nicknamed Stitch.
The new version follows the line of the original film, released in 2002 co-written and co-directed by Chris Sanders and Dean DeBlois. The remake is directed by Dean Fleischer (Marcel the Shell with Shoes On), with a script written by Chris Kekaniokalani Bright y Mike Van Waes.
Chris Sanders reprises his role voicing Stitch, who in this adaptation comes to life using CGI, while Lilo Pelekai is played by Maia Kealoha.
The rest of the cast includes Sydney Agudong playing Nani, Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover) as Dr. Jumba Jookiba, the mad scientist who created Stitch, Billy Magnussen (Game Night) is Agent Pleakley, a United Galactic Federation agent sent to find Dr. Jumba, Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso) is the great councilor, Courtney B. Vance (American Crime Story) is Cobra Bubbles, the social worker in charge of Lilo. Tia Carrerewho voiced Nani in the original film, will play Mrs. Kekoa. Amy Hillwho voiced Sara Hasagawa in the original, joins as Tūtū, alongside Jason Scott Leewho voiced David Kawena in the animated film.

Lilo & Stitch has had many spin-offs, including Stitch! The Movie, Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitchy Leroy & Stitch. Lilo & Stitch: The Seriesa spin-off of a television show, aired on Disney Channel and ABC Kids from 2003 to 2006.
Disney releases the film in live action on May 23, 2025 in cinemas.
