'Lioness' Season 3 Debut Surpasses Season 2 Viewership

On August 2, Paramount+ premiered the third season of the popular drama and espionage series, Lionesscreated by Taylor Sheridan (universe Yellowstone, Landman, Sicario).

According to data shared by Paramount, the launch of the third season reached 7.1 million viewers in its first seven days of streaming broadcast.

This figure, based on internal data from the platform, places the debut of the third season well above the audience that the second season obtained when it premiered in 2024.

Additionally, according to preliminary data from Nielsen, the second season was the second most-watched original streaming series in the United States during the week of August 2-8. Likewise, it was the streaming drama that generated the most impact between August 2 and 4 – according to Social Content Ratings -, accumulating 6.9 million views on social networks (via Variety).
