With production underway in Vancouver, the live-action series God of War of Prime Video makes four new signings.

It is about Louis Cunningham (Marie Antoinette), Island Austin (Insidious 6), both in regular roles, and Ben Chapple (Good Cop Bad Cop) y Evelyn Miller (Foundation) in recurring roles, according to Deadline reports.

DETAILS OF THE NEW CHARACTERS:

  • Cunningham will play Modi, Sif and Thor's middle son. Modi has an affable nature and an obsessive, almost insatiably curious mind. He loves puzzles and complex problems, so much so that he often gets lost in them and forgets everything around him.
  • Chapple will play Magni, the eldest son of Sif and Thor. Handsome and adventurous, Magni is an excellent hunter and a born womanizer, but the life of an immortal playboy has begun to feel empty and Magni longs for a greater purpose. He is extremely protective of his younger brother, Modi.
  • Miller will play Gna, Odin's Valkyrie commander. A fierce warrior, dedicated to her duty with a loyalty to Odin that borders on fanaticism. Highly disciplined and unyielding, she is dedicated to serving the kingdom, sometimes at the cost of her own well-being.
  • Austin will play Thrud, the youngest daughter of Sif and Thor. Thrud is precocious, curious, inquisitive and fearless, with a natural desire for knowledge. She is gentle and kind, and often acts as a peacemaker to the rest of her troubled family. His grandfather, Odin, sees in Thrud the seed of greatness (mostly because it reminds him of himself) and the two have a special bond.

Those announced are added to Ryan Hurst (Sons of Anarchy) as Kratos, Callum Vinson (Crystal Lake, Long Bright River) as Atreus, the young god son of Kratos, Teresa Palmer (The Fall Guy) as Phoebe/Sif, Thor's wife and goddess of family, Mark Parker like Heimdall, Mandy Patinkin (Homeland) like Odin, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson (Severance) as Thor, Alastair Duncan (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) like Mimir, Ed Skrein (Deadpool) as Baldur, Odin's youngest son, and Danny Woodburn (The Witcher) y Jeff Gulka (Van Helsing) like the brothers Brok and Sindri.
