Mango liqueur is a tropical drink that has won people over around the world with its unique, aromatic, and delicious flavor.

Ingredients

  • 750 ml vodka

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 220 g mango pulp, cut into cubes

Directions

  • Place the cubed mango pulp, sugar, and a small amount of the vodka into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a sterilized glass bottle or jar with a lid. Add the remaining vodka and stir well with a spoon.
  • Seal the container and let the liqueur rest for at least 1 month in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Stir once or twice a week with a spoon.
  • After the resting period, the mango liqueur is ready to serve. Store it in the refrigerator after opening.
