Recipe Video

Milk popcorn (powdered milk) is a sweet popcorn variety made with popcorn kernels, oil, sugar, water, and powdered milk. It creates a caramel-like coating on the popcorn with a hint of milk flavor.

There are variations in recipes, but the basic method involves popping the kernels in oil with some sugar, then adding a water-sugar mixture to create a syrup that coats the popcorn. Finally, the powdered milk is tossed with the popcorn for extra flavor.
