Ingredients
4 whole eggs
240 grams of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1/2 cup (tea) of milk
1/2 pack of lemon gelatin
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder 50% cocoa
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence
Directions
- Add the eggs to a bowl and beat them very well.Â
Add the sugar, oil, milk and mix very well.Â
Add the wheat flour and stir until uniform.Â
Put the baking soda and mix more.Â
Equally distribute the dough in 3 containers, in one add the chocolate powder, in the other the lemon gelatin powder and in the third the vanilla essence.Â
Mix each one very well with a spoon. - In a greased and floured baking dish, first pour the chocolate mass, then the vanilla mass and finally the mass with the lemon gelatine, but do not mix them with a spoon so that the cake is mixed.Â
Take the cake to the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake it for approximately 40 minutes. - Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.Â
Unmold onto a plate or platter, cut as you prefer and the Neapolitan cake is ready to eat.
