Yesterday our new edition of New In Radio was broadcast on Radio Blau – and this time there was a double premiere. Here is the recording and the tracklist.
It was quite exciting in Studio 2 at Radio Blau. For the first time, Nils and Jens from our New In editorial team broadcast live – with two guests in the studio. Philipp and Thomas from the Leipzig house duo Clear Light System were invited. With their “Hell Or High Water” EP, the two released their first official release on Filburt’s O*RS label in April. And Nils' label All My Ghosts also released the three tracks and two remixes on tape.
In our New In Radio we first took Philipp and Thomas with us on our free dive and listened together through our selection of exciting Leipzig releases from the past few weeks. In between, the two of them were always able to give us insights into their work and musical influence. In the deep dive we went further into the creation of the EP.
