Paramount Pictures continues to share promotional material from the marketing campaign of Gladiator 2, one of the most anticipated sequels of the year.

The plot is set several decades after the events of the acclaimed Gladiator of Ridley Scottwho returns as director. The leading role is played by Paul Mescal (Aftersun, Normal People, All of Us Strangers), giving life to the adult version of Lucius, a role that was played by Spencer Treat Clark in the original installment.

The most recent in the marketing campaign is the cover of Total Film magazine, focused on Mescal, Pedro Pascal y Denzel Washington. There is a second image where Mescal is seen from behind climbing the steps that will take him to enter the Roman Colosseum.
