Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of milk (120ml)

  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour (40g)

  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 1 slice of chopped bell pepper

  • 1 chopped seedless tomato

  • 1/2 can of corn

  • 1/2 grated carrot

  • 100g of chopped mozzarella

  • 100g of chopped ham

  • 6 chopped olives

  • Parmesan to sprinkle

  • salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • oregano to taste

Directions

  • In a container, add 6 eggs;
  • Add 1/2 cup of milk (120ml);
  • Mix well;
  • Add 4 tablespoons of wheat flour (40g);
  • Add 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1/2 chopped onion;
  • Add 1 strip of chopped bell pepper;
  • Add 1 chopped seedless tomato;
  • Add 1/2 can of corn;
  • Add 1/2 grated carrot;
  • Add 6 chopped olives;
  • Add 100g of chopped mozzarella;
  • Add 100g of chopped ham;
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer to a greased and floured form;
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Add oregano to taste;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes;
