6 eggs
1/2 cup of milk (120ml)
4 tablespoons of wheat flour (40g)
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
1/2 chopped onion
1 slice of chopped bell pepper
1 chopped seedless tomato
1/2 can of corn
1/2 grated carrot
100g of chopped mozzarella
100g of chopped ham
6 chopped olives
Parmesan to sprinkle
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
oregano to taste
Directions
- In a container, add 6 eggs;
- Add 1/2 cup of milk (120ml);
- Mix well;
- Add 4 tablespoons of wheat flour (40g);
- Add 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast;
- Mix well;
- Add 1/2 chopped onion;
- Add 1 strip of chopped bell pepper;
- Add 1 chopped seedless tomato;
- Add 1/2 can of corn;
- Add 1/2 grated carrot;
- Add 6 chopped olives;
- Add 100g of chopped mozzarella;
- Add 100g of chopped ham;
- Add salt and pepper to taste;
- Mix well;
- Transfer to a greased and floured form;
- Add grated Parmesan cheese;
- Add oregano to taste;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes;
- Your oven omelet is ready!
