Ingredients
4 pre-cooked potatoes
3 cups boiling water (tea)
2 tablespoons of butter
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon wheat flour
1 package meat flavoring powder
1 cup of water (to mix with the wheat flour)
200 grams of sour cream
400 grams of sliced onion
Black pepper to taste
Green smell to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Cook the potatoes until al dente and set aside.
In a pan melt the butter and add the sliced onion, minced garlic and pre-cooked potatoes.
Add the boiling water, the meat-flavored seasoning powder, black pepper and salt to taste and mix well. - In a container add the wheat flour with 1 cup of water.
Add to the pan and stir occasionally while cooking.
Add the cream of milk and mix well to homogenize. - Transfer the contents of the pan to a blender and blend for a few minutes, until the creamy mixture is smooth and uniform.
Then return the cream to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes. - Turn off the fire and add the chopped green smell.
Mix some more and the onion soup is ready to serve.
