Ingredients
Saint Peter/Tilapia 500g
1 piece sliced seedless tomato
Carrots, cut into sticks 1 piece
Potato cut into cubes 1 piece
Onion sliced 1 piece
Chives, chopped 1 tablespoon (5g)
Chopped parsley 1 tablespoon (5g)
1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil
Lemon pepper 2 teaspoons (10g)
1 lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions
- Season the fish with salt and half the lemon pepper;
- Add Juice of 1 Lemon;
- Let it rest for 15 minutes;
- In a refractory, add Potato cut into cubes 1 unit;
- Add Carrots cut into sticks 1 unit;
- Add 1 sliced onion;
- Add 1 sliced seedless tomato;
- Add chopped chives 1 tbsp (5g);
- Add chopped parsley 1 tbsp (5g);
- Add the rest of the lemon pepper;
- Add salt;
- Add half of the oil;
- Add the tilapia fillets;
- Add the rest of the oil;
- Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
