Oven Kibbeh (Roasted Kibbeh)

Ingredients
600 mL of Water (2 and 1/2 cups)
300 g kibbeh wheat (2 and 1/2 cups)
400 g of minced meat
160 g chopped onion (1 large piece)
7.5 g salt (1 and 1/2 teaspoon)
Black pepper to taste
60 ml of olive oil (1/4 cup)
mint to taste
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add 600 mL of Water (2 and 1/2 cups);
- As soon as it starts to boil, add it to a bowl with 300 g of kibbeh wheat (2 and 1/2 cups);
- In a bowl, add 400 g of ground beef;
- Add 160 g of chopped onion (1 large unit);
- Add mint to taste;
- Add 7.5 g of salt (1 and 1/2 teaspoon);
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add the hydrated wheat;
- Mix well;
- Grease a baking dish with oil;
- Add the kibe;
- Drizzle with olive oil;
- Make cuts;
- Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes;
- Your oven-baked kibbeh is ready!
