To make your roasted kibbeh and it’s delicious, use the ingredients listed below and follow the step-by-step instructions on how to prepare it.

Ingredients

  • 600 mL of Water (2 and 1/2 cups)

  • 300 g kibbeh wheat (2 and 1/2 cups)

  • 400 g of minced meat

  • 160 g chopped onion (1 large piece)

  • 7.5 g salt (1 and 1/2 teaspoon)

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 60 ml of olive oil (1/4 cup)

  • mint to taste

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, add 600 mL of Water (2 and 1/2 cups);
  • As soon as it starts to boil, add it to a bowl with 300 g of kibbeh wheat (2 and 1/2 cups);
  • In a bowl, add 400 g of ground beef;
  • Add 160 g of chopped onion (1 large unit);
  • Add mint to taste;
  • Add 7.5 g of salt (1 and 1/2 teaspoon);
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add the hydrated wheat;
  • Mix well;
  • Grease a baking dish with oil;
  • Add the kibe;
  • Drizzle with olive oil;
  • Make cuts;
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes;
