Ingredients
1 whole egg
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
3 tablespoons oil
4 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup (tea) of milk
sugar for sprinkling
cinnamon to sprinkle
Directions
- Add flour and sugar to a bowl and mix well.Â
Add the egg, oil and stir again. - Put the milk and mix well, then add the baking soda and stir until homogenized.
- Fill the greased cupcake molds with the dough, leaving space for the cupcakes to grow.
- Bake the dumplings in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 20 to 25 minutes, wait for them to cool down and unmold them.
- Finish sprinkling sugar and cinnamon to taste over the rain cakes and they are ready to serve.
