Ingredients
4 cups of cooked rice (I used white rice – or any type you like)
150 grams of sliced ham, minced or 1 cup (tea)
300 grams of finely chopped mozzarella and cheese or 2 cups (tea)
1 can of corn or 170 grams
¾ cup (tea) grated carrot or 126 grams
⅓ cup chopped parsley (or to taste)
3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped or to taste
1 and ½ teaspoons salt or to taste
¼ teaspoon pepper or to taste
3 eggs or 162 grams
¾ cup (tea) cream cheese or 150 grams
6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese or 36 grams
¾ cup (tea) of cream or 162 grams
¾ cup (tea) of milk or 150 grams
150 grams of sliced mozzarella (to cover)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 4 cups (tea) of cooked rice (I used white rice – or any type you like);
- Add 150 grams of chopped sliced ham or 1 cup (tea);
- Add 300 grams of chopped mozzarella and cheese or 2 cups (tea);
- Add 1 can of corn or 170 grams;
- Add ¾ cup (tea) of grated carrot or 126 grams;
- Add ⅓ cup (tea) of chopped parsley or to taste;
- Add 3 tablespoons of finely chopped chives or to taste;
- Add 1 and ½ teaspoons of salt or to taste;
- Add ¼ teaspoon of pepper or to taste;
- Mix;
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs or 162 grams;
- Add ¾ cup (tea) of cream cheese or 150 grams;
- Add 6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese or 36 grams;
- Add ¾ cup (tea) of cream or 162 grams;
- Add ¾ cup (tea) of milk or 150 grams;
- Mix well;
- Add the cream to the rice;
- Mix;
- Transfer to a refractory;
- Add 150 grams of sliced mozzarella (to cover);
- Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
- Your oven rice is ready!
