Passion fruit mousse is ideal for anyone looking for a dessert that is super easy to make and with a mouth-watering result!

Ingredients

  • 1 box and 1/2 of condensed milk (600 grams)

  • 1 can of cream (200 grams)

  • 1 packet of passion fruit gelatin (20 grams)

  • 240 ml of natural passion fruit juice

  • 240 ml of hot water

  • Juice of 1 passion fruit with seeds

Directions

  • In a container, dilute the passion fruit gelatin with hot water, mixing well with a spoon.
  • Add the natural passion fruit juice, cream, condensed milk, diluted gelatin to the blender and beat for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the liquid mixture to a refractory and leave it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or for an hour and a half in the freezer.
  • Finish by adding on top the juice of a passion fruit with the seeds and the passion fruit mousse is ready.
