- White Sauce
01 Tablespoon of margarine
1/2 small onion
02 Tablespoons of wheat flour
500 ml of Milk
01 pinch of nutmeg
200g of sour cream
- Noodle
400g of spaghetti
03 cloves of garlic (large)
03 Tablespoons of oil
Directions
- White Sauce
- In a pan on the fire, add 01 Tablespoon of margarine;
- Add 1/2 small onion, chopped;
- Let it wither;
- Add 02 Tablespoons of wheat flour;
- Mix and let it brown;
- Add 500ml of milk gradually while mixing;
- Add 01 pinch of nutmeg;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Mix and bring to a boil;
- Turn off the fire;
- Add 200g of cream and mix;
- Noodle
- Boil the noodles according to the package instructions;
- In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and 3 cloves of crushed garlic;
- Let it brown a little;
