Ingredients

  • Dough
  • 600 grams of pasta of your choice

  • 200 grams of chopped bacon

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • White Sauce
  • 450 ml of milk (approximately)

  • 80 grams of butter or margarine

  • 70 grams of parmesan cheese

  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour

  • 2 crushed garlic

  • 1 box of cream

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a pan, bring enough water to boil to cover the pasta, add salt and stir.
Add the pasta when it boils and let it cook for approximately 10 minutes, until it is al dente (don’t cook too much so the pasta doesn’t get too soft).
Drain the water, transfer the dry pasta to a plate and set aside.
  • To make the white sauce, add the butter and crushed garlic to a pan and stir constantly until golden.
Turn off the fire, put the wheat flour and stir well.
Take it back to medium heat and gradually add the milk while stirring well until the flour dissolves and cooks.
Add salt, Parmesan cheese and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Turn off the heat and add the cream to the pan.
Mix very well until the sauce is smooth and uniform.
In a skillet add the diced bacon and fry until golden.
  • Add the white sauce to the pasta and mix until the pasta is completely involved.
Serve the pasta on plates of your choice, finish by adding fried bacon and grated parmesan cheese on top and the pasta with white sauce is ready to serve.
