Ingredients
2 eggs
50 g sugar
50 g all-purpose flour
30 g melted unsalted butter
250 g sliced peaches in syrup
125 ml cold milk
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, salt, and sugar and mix very well. Add the all-purpose flour and the melted, cooled butter, then mix again.
- Gradually add the cold milk, mixing well after each addition, until the batter is smooth and has a thin, liquid consistency.

- Drain the sliced peaches in syrup in a sieve and let the excess syrup drain off. Arrange the peaches in a silicone baking mold or in a greased baking dish.
- Quickly stir the batter to evenly distribute the ingredients, then carefully pour it over the peaches.

- Bake the clafoutis in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for approximately 40 minutes. The edges should be lightly golden.
- Once the clafoutis has cooled completely, unmold it if desired. It is now ready to slice and serve.
