Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 very ripe bananas
3 tablespoons melted butter (70 grams)
60 grams semisweet chocolate
100 grams of oat flour
120 grams of crushed peanuts
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Vanilla essence to taste
Directions
- Add the chopped bananas, eggs, melted butter to the blender and beat for 2 to 3 minutes.Â
Transfer the liquid mixture to a bowl and add the crushed peanuts, rolled oats and mix with a spoon or whisk. - Add the vanilla essence to taste, the salt, the chopped chocolate and mix well. Add the yeast to the dough and mix gently until it becomes uniform.Â
Transfer the dough to a greased shape with oil or butter and infarcted. - Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, until it is dry inside and golden on the outside.
- Carefully unmold the warm or cold cake onto a plate or platter.Â
