2 boxes of pineapple gelatin
1 small can of pineapple in syrup
1 can of sour cream with the whey
1 can of condensed milk
- Add the condensed milk and cream to a bowl.
Mix very well and set aside.
In a separate container, add the gelatines with water, mix until dissolved and set aside.
- Chop the pineapple and place it in a bowl.
Pour the cream, then the hydrated gelatin and mix until homogenized.
- Place the dessert in the fridge and leave for approximately 5 hours, until it is firm and consistent.
