Not only does soft polenta taste good, it’s also super easy to prepare, and can be made with just a few simple, inexpensive ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 cups cornmeal (tea)

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 4 cups of water (tea)

Directions

  • In a bowl add the cornmeal, add water until covered, stir well and leave it resting to hydrate. 
    Place the butter and the chopped garlic cloves in a pan and cook stirring well until golden. 
    Add the 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  • Add the hydrated cornmeal to the pan and mix constantly until cooked and the mixture is creamy. 
    Serve with your favorite sauce and the soft polenta is ready.
