Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups cornmeal (tea)
2 minced garlic cloves
4 cups of water (tea)
Directions
- In a bowl add the cornmeal, add water until covered, stir well and leave it resting to hydrate.Â
Place the butter and the chopped garlic cloves in a pan and cook stirring well until golden.Â
Add the 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. - Add the hydrated cornmeal to the pan and mix constantly until cooked and the mixture is creamy.Â
Serve with your favorite sauce and the soft polenta is ready.
