Ingredients
- Pasta
1 and 1/2 cup of milk
3/4 cup of oil
4 eggs
2 cups of wheat flour
3 tablespoons Parmesan (optional)
1 spoon of baking powder
- Filling
100g of mozzarella cheese
100g of ham
1 chopped tomato
tomato sauce to taste
1/2 can of peas
1/2 can of corn
1/2 chopped onion
oregano to taste
salt to taste
3 boiled eggs
Directions
- Pasta
- In a blender, add 1 and 1/2 cup of milk;
- Add 3/4 cup of oil;
- Add 4 eggs;
- Beat well;
- Transfer to a bowl;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 2 cups of wheat flour;
- Mix;
- Add 3 tablespoons of Parmesan (optional);
- Add 1 spoon of baking powder;
- Mix well;
- Transfer half of the dough to a greased and floured shape;
- Filling
- Add 100g of mozzarella cheese;
- Add 100g of ham;
- Add 1 chopped tomato;
- Add tomato sauce to taste;
- Add 1/2 can of peas;
- Add 1/2 can of corn;
- Add 1/2 chopped onion;
- Add oregano to taste;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add 3 sliced hard-boiled eggs;
- Cover with the remaining dough;
- Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
