'Predator: Badlands' will feature a Predator as its hero

Disney's 20th Century Studios and the saga Predator (o Predator), announced last October the development of the film Predator: Badlandswith which he is expanding the Predator universe after the great success of Prey (2022).

“The creature is front and center, leading the charge. It's still tough, but there's something there that moves you emotionally too. Creating a character that you connect with, but who also intimidates you, has been a challenge. But exciting.”

Trachtenberg's goal with Predator: Badlands:

“Expand the boundaries of the franchise,” allowing fans the opportunity to root for the Predator this time around.

The media also announced that Predator: Badlands It is set on an alien planet. It was previously explained that it is not a direct sequel to Preybut a new story set in the future.
