1/2 cup (120 mL) water
Condensed milk 1 can (390g)
Milk 1 cup (240 mL)

Butter at room temperature 2 tbsp (40g)
1 and 1/3 cup wheat flour (160g)
Milk 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Chocolate powder 5 tablespoons (50g)
Yeast 2 teaspoons (10g)
Directions
- Syrup
- In a pan on the fire, add Sugar 1 cup (180g);
- Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) Water;
- Let caramel form;
- Transfer the caramel to a shape and spread;
- Pudding
- In a blender, add condensed milk 1 can (390g);
- Add Milk 1 cup (240 mL);
- Add 3 Eggs;
- Beat well and set aside;
- Cake
- In a bowl, add Eggs 3 units;
- Add 3/4 cup (135g) Sugar;
- Add room temperature butter 2 tbsp (40g);
- Mix well;
- Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) Milk;
- Add 1 and 1/3 cup wheat flour (160g);
- Add Chocolate powder 5 tbsp (50g);
- Mix well;
- Add Yeast 2 tsp (10g);
- Mix;
- Transfer the cake dough to the caramelized form;
- Add the pudding on top;
- Take it to a preheated oven at 200 degrees in a bain-marie (inside a larger pan with hot water) for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes;
