Ingredients
4 eggs
3 tablespoons wheat flour
1 cup (tea) sugar (200 grams)
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
500 ml of milk
Syrup to put on top
Directions
- Add the eggs, milk, sugar, wheat flour and vanilla essence to a blender.
Beat for about 2 minutes. - Transfer the mixture to a caramelized mold, wrap it in aluminum foil with the shiny side down and place it inside a larger roasting pan with hot water.
- Take the pudding to bake in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove carefully, wait to cool at room temperature and transfer to the fridge. - Unmold the pudding when it is chilled on a plate or platter of your choice and the dessert is ready to serve.
