The result of this pudding without condensed milk is amazing!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar (200 grams)

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • 500 ml of milk

  • Syrup to put on top

Directions

  • Add the eggs, milk, sugar, wheat flour and vanilla essence to a blender. 
    Beat for about 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a caramelized mold, wrap it in aluminum foil with the shiny side down and place it inside a larger roasting pan with hot water.
  • Take the pudding to bake in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for approximately 50 to 60 minutes. 
    Remove carefully, wait to cool at room temperature and transfer to the fridge.
  • Unmold the pudding when it is chilled on a plate or platter of your choice and the dessert is ready to serve.
