Making rice flour at home is so fast, you will be amazed!
Rice flour is used in several recipes and its preparation is too easy!
Raw rice (amount to taste)
- Gradually put the raw rice in the blender or a cup (tea) at a time if it is in the processor.
Whisk until the beans are finely ground and pass through a sieve into a container.
- Return the rice debris left in the sieve to the blender or food processor.
Repeat the process until all the debris is finely ground.
Store the rice flour in a container with a lid in a cool, airy place.
