Ingredients
1 lemon
1 whole egg
1 pinch of salt
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
2 tablespoons of corn starch
3 tablespoons of sugar
400 grams of ricotta
120 grams of butter
150 grams of guava
150 ml of milk
150 ml of water
Directions
- Add the flour, sugar, salt, butter at room temperature to a bowl and mix until crumbly.
- Add water at room temperature while stirring until the dough is smooth and uniform.
- Transfer the dough to a removable background shape and spread it out well, pulling to the edges.Â
Then make holes with a fork and book. - In the blender beat the milk, the egg, the condensed milk, the cream, the cornstarch, the vanilla essence, the lemon juice, the ground ricotta and beat well.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dough and bake the pie for about an hour in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Develop the pie after cooling down.Â
Boil the chopped guava paste with 150 ml of water in a pan until it melts, wait for the topping to cool and place it on top of the pie. - Leave the ricotta pie with guava jam in the fridge for a few hours if you want it cold or serve it at room temperature.
