Scream VI became another success of the slasher sagaaccumulating $168.9 million dollars in the global box office, crowning itself as the highest grossing installment of the franchise (at the domestic box office), while in the global box office it is positioned as the third highest grossing of the saga; original delivery, Scream (1996), continues to be the highest grossing of the entire saga with $173 million dollars. Collectively, the six films rack up more than $900 million at the worldwide box office.

Scream 6 follow the survivors of Scream 5, who They have left the small town of Woodsboro behind to move to New York City for their college days.
