  • Cut the “lid” of the strawberry;
  • Remove the core and seeds;
  • Knead the seasonings with a little oil and grated coconut;

  • Add lemon juice;
  • Add girl’s finger pepper and chili pepper;
  • Add fresh herbs, parsley and cilantro;
  • Mix;
  • Remove the fresh herbs from the pumpkin;
  • Add the cream and shrimp to the pumpkin;
  • Add grated coconut (optional) and gratin;
