Ingredients

  • Shrimp without shell and cleaned – 500gr

  • Chopped Red Onion – 2 small pieces

  • Minced garlic – 3 cloves

  • Chopped tomato – 2 pieces

  • Chopped Red Pepper – 1 piece

  • Chopped Yellow Pepper – 1 piece

  • Tomato Extract – 3 tbsp

  • Coconut milk – 200 ml (1 glass)

  • Dedo de Moça pepper, chopped and seeded – 1 unit

  • Dende oil – 2 tablespoons

  • Chopped cilantro – to taste

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon

Directions

  • In a container, add Shrimp without shell and clean – 500gr;
  • Add Salt to taste;
  • Add 1 squeezed lemon;
  • Mix and reserve;
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil;
  • Add Chopped Red Onion – 2 Small units;
  • Add minced garlic – 3 cloves;
  • saute;
  • Add chopped tomato – 2 units;
  • saute;
  • Add chopped Red Pepper – 1 unit;
  • Add chopped Yellow Pepper – 1 unit;
  • Cook a little;
  • Add Tomato Extract – 3 tbsp;
  • Mix;
  • Add Coconut Milk – 200 ml (1 glass);
  • Mix;
  • Add salt and black pepper;
  • Add chopped and seeded Dedo de Moça pepper – 1 unit;
  • Add Palm Oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • Mix;
  • Add the shrimp with the lemon juice;
  • Mix;
  • Cook for 5 minutes;
  • Add chopped coriander – to taste;
