Ingredients
4 medium mashed bananas
3 whole eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- In a container add the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and mix very well.
Add the mashed bananas and mix again for a few minutes. - Add the wheat flour little by little while mixing the ingredients.
Then put the baking soda and stir to mix well.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. - Take the cake to bake for approximately 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢ (it is important not to open the oven before 30 minutes to prevent the cake from rising).
- Carefully remove the banana cake from the oven, let it cool to room temperature and the recipe is ready to serve.
