Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 3 medium carrots, chopped

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup (200 ml cup) oil

  • 2 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar

  • 2 tea cups (200 ml cup) all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine

  • 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate

Directions

  • In a blender, add 3 medium chopped carrots;
  • Add 3 eggs;
  • Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of oil;
  • Cover and beat for 2 minutes;
  • Add 2 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar;
  • Whisk to mix;
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl;
  • Add 2 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of wheat flour;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased and floured form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • Cover
  • In a pan, add 1 box of condensed milk;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of margarine;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
  • Bring to medium heat and mix for 7 minutes;
  • Add the frosting over the cake;
