Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 pepper

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 tablespoon of water or milk

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Add the eggs in a bowl and beat them to homogenize. 
    Add water or milk and mix more. 
    Add the pepper, salt and mix again.
  • Add the chopped tomato, pepper and onion to the egg mixture. 
    Stir until uniform and transfer the mixture to a preheated skillet greased with oil or butter.
  • Cover the skillet and cook the omelet over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. 
    Then unglue with a spatula and turn carefully. 
    Turn off the heat and leave in the skillet for another 30 seconds.
  • Transfer the omelet with the spatula to a plate of your choice and the recipe is ready to serve.
