Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 onion
1 pepper
1 tomato
1 tablespoon of water or milk
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Add the eggs in a bowl and beat them to homogenize.
Add water or milk and mix more.
Add the pepper, salt and mix again. - Add the chopped tomato, pepper and onion to the egg mixture.
Stir until uniform and transfer the mixture to a preheated skillet greased with oil or butter.
- Cover the skillet and cook the omelet over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then unglue with a spatula and turn carefully.
Turn off the heat and leave in the skillet for another 30 seconds. - Transfer the omelet with the spatula to a plate of your choice and the recipe is ready to serve.
