Ingredients
4 eggs
3 oranges (2 without peel and 1 with peel)
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
120 ml of oil
Directions
- Add the chopped oranges without the seeds and without the white part inside to a blender.Â
Add the eggs and oil, beat for 2 minutes and set aside.Â
Place the wheat flour, sugar, yeast in a bowl and mix well.Â
Add the beaten liquid and stir very well until the mass is homogeneous. - Pour the dough into a greased shape with butter or margarine and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.Â
Take the cake to the preheated oven at 220º₢ for approximately 40 minutes.Â
Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature.Â
Finish by sprinkling sifted or icing sugar on top and the orange cake is ready to serve.
