Simple Pudding Recipe
Simple pudding is a perfect dessert for any occasion!
1 liter of condensed milk
600 ml milk
- Caramel Flush
250 ml of water
500 grams of sugar
- In a bowl, place the eggs, yolks, condensed milk and mix well.
Add the milk and stir again until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Melt the sugar in a large round pudding pan over low heat, add the water and cook until the caramelized syrup has completely melted.
Let it cool down a bit and pour the pudding mixture on top.
- Place the pudding in a larger baking dish half filled with water and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 140º₢ for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes, with the turbo oven on.
- Wait for the pudding to cool at room temperature or in the fridge, carefully unmold it onto a platter or large plate and the dessert is ready.
