Ingredients
1 egg
1 teaspoon chemical yeast
1 tablespoon natural yogurt
4 tablespoons cornstarch
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a bowl add the egg, yogurt, salt to taste and mix well.
Add the cornstarch little by little while mixing the ingredients.
Add the chemical yeast and mix gently until homogenized. - Unite a skillet with a little oil and spread it out well.
Pour the dough and lead to low fire, cap and let it cook for about 9 minutes.
Flip the bread and brown the other side too.
Remove with a spatula and the skillet bread is ready.
