Try this skillet bread with butter, jam or whatever side dish you prefer!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon chemical yeast

  • 1 tablespoon natural yogurt

  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl add the egg, yogurt, salt to taste and mix well. 
    Add the cornstarch little by little while mixing the ingredients. 
    Add the chemical yeast and mix gently until homogenized.
  • Unite a skillet with a little oil and spread it out well. 
    Pour the dough and lead to low fire, cap and let it cook for about 9 minutes. 
    Flip the bread and brown the other side too. 
    Remove with a spatula and the skillet bread is ready.
